This event aims to explore how pet owners decide to buy, but at the same time to connect owners and executives of businesses in the industry with owners and executives of specialized stores (PET SHOP) in a two-way communication space. The event will showcase the latest industry trends and explore key consumer priorities, identifying strategies you can use to grow your business.

Today’s consumers want it all: easy shopping, unlimited choice, unsurpassed convenience, personalized service and undeniable value. They ask for it from the brands they buy, but also from the specialized stores and experts they trust. The rules of consumer behavior have changed, and niche leaders need to unlock the new data. At the same time, the development of technology offers “smart” tools and techniques that provide solutions.

Speaker Biographies

*Haris Lalatsis: Studied Business Administration at the American College.After completing his military service, he continued at the same school with a Master’s degree in Marketing. Since 2008 he has been working exclusively in the field of research and analysis, having held almost all positions (collection, analysis and presentation). He is a certified member of ESOMAR, the world’s largest research and auditing organization. In 2017 he decided to start his own research agency, ierax analytix, based in Thessaloniki and within 2 years he has managed to establish himself as the leading research and analysis company in Northern Greece. He continues to be particularly involved in qualitative research, questionnaire creation and consumer discussion guides, while connecting with people and survey participants remains his favorite activity.

 

**Dimitris Vergas: Neurosales Practitioner, Behavioural Economist BA, MSc, MPS. He has worked in the field of sales and customer service for more than 20 years with Greek and foreign companies such as Winbank, Alpha Bank, X-Treme Stores, Volterra, Mercedes Benz Hellas, Cosmocar, Euromedica, Sarakakis, Elounda Residence, Akmi Group, Fiat Group, Ab Vasilopoulos, Sklavenitis, Grigoris Snacks, Everest, Goody’s.
